1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RedBoard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. RedBoard ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is headquartered in Canada and operates globally through servers hosted in the United States.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain such information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- • Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or interference with the Service
- • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of harmful nature
- • Engage in harassment, threats, defamation, or hate speech
- • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract bulk data beyond permitted usage
- • Resell or redistribute the Service or its content without authorization

5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, compilation, and code, is owned by RedBoard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Transcriptions generated from radio broadcasts are derived from broadcasts that are public in nature. However, the transcriptions, summaries, categorizations, and analyses produced by RedBoard's AI systems are proprietary works of the Company.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may bookmark, annotate, or create personal collections within the Service. By doing so, you retain ownership of your personal data but grant RedBoard a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for improving the Service, personalization, and analytics (subject to privacy restrictions outlined in our Privacy Policy).
7. Limitation of Liability
RedBoard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall RedBoard be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility thereof. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedBoard from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of third-party rights.
9. Modification of Terms
RedBoard reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
